The Menace

Even though I spend most of my time playing games, reading manga&comics and watching anime, I actually work in the fashion industry designing sweaters. I’m not sure how that really even works. I started this blog in August 2010 upon being re-acquainted with MegaWoman (we were high school classmates) and realizing we both play video games and read comic books and don’t have anyone else to share with. Because my solution to finding friends with mutual interests is through… the internet.

I write about DS games, anime, manga and other events in Los Angeles. I also keep a cosplay blog on my costumes. It’s been slightly neglected lately. And completely unrelated to any geekdom we may provide on this blog, I run the everydaygaga.com site, that, for a while, had people thinking I was some kind of Lady Gaga-superfan and quite possibly the biggest dumbass in the world. (Maybe they still think that, who knows.) I have also written for THEPOPFIX.com as the Fashion Correspondent, the highlight of my brief career there, meeting Christian Louboutin and writing my first article that raked in 12,000+ hits. (Good for the ego) But what’s with all this fashion crap? You don’t care.

Some of my least favorite things are: indecisiveness, poor sports, people who wear ugly shoes (like Crocs), useless female characters in anime with super high-pitched voices (hurts my ears), being dehydrated, treadmills, and playing Left 4 Dead in the dark. It’s fucking scary.
